PASSPORT RENEWAL FOR ADOPTED VIETNAMESE CHILDREN

Adopted Vietnamese children can apply for renewal of their passport by providing the following documents:
-          Application form (For English Vietnamese Form, please click the link English Vietnamese Passport Form )
-          CV (For English Vietnamese Form, please click the link English Vietnamese CV Form )
-          3 passport photographs (takend within 1 year, without hats, sunglasses, white background).
-          a notarised copy of the adoption document.
-          Expired passport
